Power is then applied to convert natural chloride in the water into low-strength sodium hypochlorite using a sodium hypochlorite generator designed for industrial cooling-water treatment.

Produced hypochlorite is stored in a day tank or sent straight to the injection point for continuous or shock dosing. Hydrogen generated during the process is safely managed through a degasser and dilution blowers.
The automated, self-cleaning design keeps output steady with minimal operator attention.
