To bring our sustainability plan to life, we’ve established dedicated teams, each with defined responsibilities, ensuring every initiative delivers real impact across the organization.

• ESG Steering Committee
  Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this committee is composed of De Nora’s top management across all Group departments. Its mission is to monitor KPIs for key sustainability performance areas and to define actions, initiatives, and objectives aimed at continuously improving them.
  
  

• ESG Accelerator Lab - Permanent Team
  Led by the Head of Investor Relations and ESG, this interdepartmental team includes members of the ESG team along with representatives from Human Resources, Operations, R&D, Procurement, and Legal. The team manages ESG initiatives and processes, coordinating data collection, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with targets, and conducting benchmarking and rating analyses on emerging trends and best practices.
  
  

• ESG Accelerator Lab - Focal Points
  Established in each plant and department, these focal points act as local references and connectors, linking the ESG Accelerator Lab with business areas and sites to support the implementation of ESG activities.
